Welcome to jumper. We have put together this guide to help you get started.
STEP 1: Logging into the dashboard
Your e-mail is the key to your account and to prevent breaches we implemented the 4 digit OTP that'll be sent to your registered e-mail with jumper. (No passwords to remember, Yay)
Note: We suggest to stay logged in to the dashboard. No need to log out unless you're accessing it from a public computer.
STEP 2: Making sure your business & payment details are intact. (the business settings tab)
Make sure your business details are up-to-date (upload your logo, contact details etc.)
Setup your payment gateway through which you want to receive money.)
Your sales platforms connected. These are found in Integrations.
It is important to have your support e-mail, phone number set up too as your customers can reach out in case of any questions.
Fill in the policies, refund, cancellation, shipping etc.
STEP 3: Automate sales
Make sure you've added a new product and their relevant details. (See: Add a product)
Post on social media with the relevant information with a clear Call-To-Action. (refer: here)
If you have the keywords add-on enabled, make sure to enable possible keywords. (refer: keyword auto-responder)
